A citrusy spiced cocktail inspired by San Francisco's famous cable cars—fun, bright, and bold!
Ingredients
1 1/2 ounces spiced rum
3/4 ounce Orange Curacao
1 1/2 ounces fresh lemon juice
3/4 ounce simple syrup
Garnish: orange peel spiral
Garnish: superfine sugar for rimming + cinnamon powder
Mix It Up!
Mix the sugar and a shake of cinnamon powder together in a small saucer. Wet the glass rim slightly and dip rim in cinnamon/sugar mixture. Set aside.
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Fill shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with an orange twist.
