Craving something decadent and delicious? Try a Mango Daiquiri. Luxuriant fruit mixed with rum equals vacation! Devin and Amy take advantage of some fresh mangos to make them at home and enjoy a leisurely balcony sip.
Mix it Up
1 ripe mango, peeled, seeded and chopped 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (2 limes) 1 teaspoon sugar syrup 3/4 cup white rum Crushed Ice
Place mango, lime juice, sugar syrup and rum in a blender and process until smooth.
Pour mixture over a glass full of crushed ice.
Note: To make sugar syrup, heat 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water in a small saucepan until the sugar dissolves. Store in refrigerator in covered glass jar up to four weeks.
