We love a classic cocktail with dark liquor and smoky flavours. Something with a little weight that conjures up panelled rooms, wingback chairs in jewel-toned fabrics and cigar smoke in the air. Anything made with rye fits the bill, our Classic Manhattan is perfect!
Ingredients
2 oz Rye Whiskey
1 oz Vermouth
2 oz Angostura bitters
Mix It Up!
Stir all ingredients well with cracked ice. Then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
