Devin & Amy recently picked up a bottle of St. George's Bruto Americano (similar to Campari), which they used to make a Bruto Buck. This beautiful ruby coloured cocktail with lime juice and ginger beer is sour, sweet and refreshing all at once!
Ingredients
1.5 ounces Bruto Americano (or Campari or Aperol)
1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
2 ounces ginger beer—the spicier, the better!
Lime wheel for garnish
Mix It Up
Combine Bruto Americano, lime juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a tall glass or balloon wine glass filled with ice. Top up with ginger beer. Garnish with a thin lime wheel.
